2026 Season is Up and Running

Well, it seems as though we are kind of snake bit at Archview. Two years of rain challenges. This year we were able to get the Saturday race off, with a little track change. Sounds like the Friday practice was quite nice. Paul and his team are making every effort to be a great addition to the series.

Next race is Sunset Ridge. This is one of our legacy tracks and has always enjoyed a good turnout with a well prepped track. It is certainly our Field of Dreams Track. As much as I like racing…I’m not missing this event.

This event will be in conjunction with Midwest Vintage series. So there will a few vintage classes in the mix on Saturday, with their full schedule on Sunday. Its always fun to see the vintage bikes on the track, plus it may help to space out some back to back races.

I won’t be able to attend this year, as I will be at Carnegie Hall in New York. My cousin, who is a music professor and composter is going to be featured in a Friday night concert.

Hope to see everyone at Spring Creek in June. I’ll do my best to make sure the race has special attention for our senior series riders. Alex Martin is starting to take the lead of operation. Nice to have family member step in, with the added plus of being a real racer.

Just as a reminder: you need 3 races for year end awards. we don’t pay points for C class.
